The fish care was very impressive from the start

We first made an enquiry on Bigot’s website in May 2015, Shirley responded very quickly and professionally with lots of information and advice regarding stocking a carp lake in France, which we were in the process of purchasing. Shirley was very understanding ( and patient until the purchase was finally completed ) then offered very practical guidance for the arrangements for visiting Bigot’s Fishery. Mr Bigot was very obliging about which dates we were able to visit, Shirley liaised with him and along with Martin made themselves available on the day to translate for us. The day we visited was absolutely freezing but all Bigot’s staff seemed unperturbed by the freezing water and took their time with us whilst we were allowed to examine and choose all our own carp from a large selection. By allowing us as much time as we required this made it a very pleasurable and satisfying experience. The fish care was very impressive from the start of the selecting to the end point of delivery to my lake. Overall Bigot’s Fishery provided a full, complete and professional service with well bred, quality carp. We have no hesitation in recommending Bigot’s along with Shirley and will be arranging our second stocking for next year.
